How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. We're a private, locked facility, so arriving too early may mean waiting outside. Punctuality lets you enjoy the full benefit of your service — late arrivals may require a shortened treatment time.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for my services?
Undergarments are optional. You're welcome to keep them on if you prefer — our therapists are trained to protect your privacy with proper sheet draping at all times. Disrobe only to your comfort level.
Should I take my jewelry off?
Yes — almost all treatments require jewelry to be removed. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we recommend leaving valuables at home.
Should I mention any physical ailments, disabilities, or allergies?
Yes, please. Tell us about any physical ailments, disabilities, or allergies when you schedule by phone, or add them to the provider notes when booking online. You can also note them on your intake form when you arrive. Please also let us know about any difficulty with stairs, as we're located on the second floor.
Should I avoid the spa if I'm pregnant?
Not at all — but please disclose your pregnancy when scheduling by phone, or in the provider notes when booking online, so we can tailor your service safely.
What is your gratuity policy?
Gratuities are always discretionary and appreciated. For custom day packages and groups of three or more, a 20% gratuity may be added to all services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full payment is required for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, and late arrivals that require a shortened treatment.
